The electoral commission, INEC, has declared Bola Tinubu, candidate of Nigeria’s ruling party, APC, as the winner of Saturday’s presidential election. The African Union election observation mission (AUEOM) has released its preliminary report on the conduct of the presidential and national assembly elections in Nigeria.
