Supreme Court rules INEC correct to have deregistered 74 political parties

Supreme Court on Friday upheld deregistration of 74 political parties by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for their inability to win any election after the 2019 general polls. Supreme court overturns Makinde’s sack of Oyo LG chairs, councilors

Supreme Court on Friday overturned the decision of Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State to sack local government chairmen and councillors in the state.
