Nasarawa ex-deputy governor kidnapped

Onje Gye-Wado, a former deputy governor of Nasarawa state and ex-dean of the faculty of law at Nasarawa State University, was kidnapped from his residence in Gwagi village, Wamba LGA by unidentified gunmen in the early hours of Friday. Gye-Wado, served under the administration of the current National Chairman of APC, Abdullahi Adamu, as Deputy Governor between 1999 and 2003. Gunmen invade Abuja estate, abduct 9 residents
