Bandits kill 4, abduct 50 others in Zamfara community - Police

Gunmen killed four people and abducted 50 others in Goran Namaye town in Maradun Local Government Area of Zamfara, police in the state confirmed on Monday. The Command’s Public Relations Officer, Muhammad Shehu, made the disclosure to newsmen in Gusau on Monday. Shehu said the attackers, who came in large numbers, invaded the town around midnight on Sunday, killed four persons and abducted 50 others. 14 killed, houses razed in attack, counter attack in Southern Kaduna

At least fourteen people have been killed in a fresh attack at Mado village, Mabushi in Atyap Chiefdom of Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State. 300 bandits storm Katsina community, kill 12

Twelve persons have been killed by bandits who stormed Duba village, Batsari LGA of Katsina State. The bandits numbering over 300 were said to have attacked the community at about 8;45pm on Saturday. They ransacked housed and looted shops making away with valuable items. Bandits have kidnapped at least 60 people in a fresh attack on a community in Zamfara state, an official has said.
